Ultrasound #6

Baby Labrador

The baby experienced a real growth spurt this last week! He or she now measures 42.6 mm, and that puts him or her at 11 weeks, 1 day based on measurement. Looks like Baby Labrador will be tall like Mom and Dad.

Tonight was my last progesterone injection. Hallelujah! I've still got two weeks of progesterone suppositories to go, but that will be a welcome change from the injections.

Today has been another very long day, so that's it for now.

  1. Joannah:

Your posts continue to be such a highlight of my day, and I'm starting this Thursday with your GREAT news.

You and baby Labrador ARE doing it, mama! Congratulations!

  2. I am always so happy to read your updates and see you and baby Labrabdor both making progress. Thanks be to God. xoxoxox

  3. Oh, I remember the last night I had to poke myself with that LONG needle for progesterone. I was so happy and so was my behind!
Your beautiful baby is growing wonderfully and I can't wait to continue on this journey with you. xo

  4. I'm so glad that Baby Labrador is growing so well! How wonderful to be done with shots, and so close to the second trimester! Hard to believe, but oh so exciting!

When shall I stalk you next week for u/s pictures? And what will I do once you don't have weekly ultrasounds any more!? When is your 'regular' OB appointment? It's got to be coming soon...

So very happy for you! As always, praying hard.

Oh Joannah, look at that little one.

I am sorry you still feel shitty in the evenings- a few more weeks and hopefully that part of your journey will be behind you!

    love love,

  6. What a cute little gummy bear!
